- We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under the age of 18 without appropriate parental or guardian consent.

- Electronic data is stored in encrypted systems managed by our partners: (including, but not limited to) GroupCollect; Square; Wells Fargo Bank; and United Bank.
- Physical data is stored in locked safes in our secure office.
- We retain personal information, including medical incident records and insurance-related documents, for seven (7) years, after which it is securely deleted or shredded.
- Only authorized personnel have access to sensitive data, and only on a need-to-know basis.
5. Media Use & Consent
We may use tour photos, videos, and testimonials in our marketing, website, and social media if:
- The media is owned by MARQUIS Discoveries or our agents
- Consent has been granted through our Terms & Conditions or specific release forms
Please note: While you may request removal of images, MARQUIS Discoveries does not guarantee removal in all cases once materials are published.
